Shipping policy

1. Overview At Halo Bands, we are committed to getting your order to you safely and as quickly as possible. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
2. Shipping Partner We deliver all orders via Aramex Store-to-Door, a reliable door-to-door courier service operating across South Africa.
3. Delivery Timeframe All orders are delivered within 8–11 business days from the date of order confirmation, subject to the following:
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
- Unforeseen circumstances such as public holidays, severe weather, high-volume periods, or courier delays may affect delivery times
- Orders may arrive earlier than the estimated timeframe
- Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and South African public holidays
4. Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed. Orders placed over weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
5. Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number on the Aramex website (www.aramex.com) or the Aramex app to monitor your delivery in real time.
6. Delivery Address Accuracy — Customer Responsibility It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is correct, complete, and accessible before placing an order. This includes the street address, suburb, city, and postal code.
Halo Bands will dispatch orders to the address provided at checkout and cannot be held liable for:
- Failed or delayed deliveries due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address
- Parcels delivered to the wrong location as a result of customer error
- Additional re-delivery fees charged by Aramex due to an incorrect address
- Parcels returned to sender because the address could not be located
Address changes will not be accepted once an order has been dispatched. If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing your order, you must contact us immediately at halobandssa@gmail.com — we will do our best to assist if the order has not yet been collected by Aramex, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made in time.
Re-delivery or re-routing fees resulting from address errors are strictly for the customer's account.
7. Delivery Area We currently deliver within South Africa only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
8. Failed Delivery Attempts If Aramex is unable to deliver to your address after reasonable attempts, the parcel may be held at a local Aramex facility. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange re-delivery or collection within the timeframe specified by Aramex. Halo Bands is not liable for parcels that are returned to sender due to failed delivery attempts.
9. Lost or Damaged Parcels In the unlikely event that your parcel is lost or arrives damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at halobandssa@gmail.com with your order number and photos where applicable. We will liaise with Aramex on your behalf to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
